* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The greatest
accumulations will focus across the higher terrain of the Tug Hill
Plateau and western foothills of the Adirondacks.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult with snow covered roads
and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

Begin needed preparations at home or with your vehicle. Travel may
become difficult, so plan accordingly.
